Patient Portal

Every patient at Peaceful Balance Health and Wellness is enrolled in the CareSpan Patient Portal.

When you register you will receive an email with your log-in information and a temporary password. This password will need to be changed the first time you log in for HIPAA compliance. Once you change your password – please write it down as we have no way of knowing what you decided to change it to. Once you are signed in to the portal you can do a number of things. 

• Using the portal gives you access to educational information that we have sent you about your medical conditions and office visits.
• You can schedule or cancel an appointment from inside the portal.
• You have full access to your medical record and can print any information you need for other healthcare providers on your team or for your own information.
• The portal also allows you to update your demographic information including your address, insurance information, and contact telephone number.
• You can also respond to messages from our office through the portal.
